FANCYING SOMEONE YOU follow on Instagram? Normal enough.
Fancying them and then actually marrying them? That’s a tad unusual.
Last year, Erica Harris stumbled upon Arte Vann’s Instagram and started liking his photos. Vann subsequently tagged her in a selfie and the pair started following each other.
After commenting back and forth, and talking via direct message, the pair soon began talking on the phone every night and their romance soon blossomed.
But still they had never met — until last Friday, that is.
Last Friday, Arte Vann flew into Ontario International Airport to meet Harris… and within seconds he asked her to marry him.
They exchanged vows right there in the terminal and a television crew was on hand to capture the whole thing. (Naturally.)
So, how do they feel now that they have spent a few days together? Harris told Daily Mail Online that she is only mad for her new husband.
I didn’t realize how much I love this man. Now that we’ve spent three days together, I can’t believe how much I love him.
She also told CBS Local that she is proof that fairytales can come true.
For anybody that doesn’t believe in fairy tales anymore, who am I? And it can happen to you too.
So now. There’s hope for us all.
